DF Solution
1) Only lead can defeat the contract, which remove the entry prematurely.

2) With a lead,
Trick 1: declarer win at hand,
Trick 2: deep finesse trump (E should not pitch or else a trick can be setup from dummy easily),
Trick 3: and then play a low to Q.

Trick 3A: If E just win 1 trick
Trick 4: and exit, just win any return at hand;
Trick 5-7: finesse trump again, and E can pitch 1 1 safely when declarer draw trumps for the first two rounds, in order to keep the same and length as N and S. Cross to S by again, and then finesse the trump for the 3rd time, which squeeze E.
Trick 7A: If E pitch a /,
(Trick 7B: If E pitch a , then finesse again will set up the S hand)
Trick 8-13: then declarer can ruff a /cross to A, draw the final trump, enjoy the dummy's last good / and then take the finesse, and having the A/last trump/Q as the last entry to S hand, losing the 2nd only;

Trick 3B-4: If E cash 2 trick
Trick 5: and return a low , pitch to keep the threat. (Other return
will be similar in the above variation)
Trick 5A: If W pitch
(Trick 5B: If W pitch , declarer can succeed easily by crossruff)
(Trick 5C-11: If W underruff, overruff cheaply at dummy; Cash 12!s, finesse trump, ruff a and finesse trump again to reach the same 3 card ending below)
Trick 6-11: Finesse trump, cash 12!s , finesse trump, left a 3 card ending
N A x x; E Q Q J; S xx x
Trick 12: Cash the A to squeeze E

Trick 3C: If E duck the , win the Q
Trick 4-7: Unblock the A, Finesse the trump, cross to hand by ,
finesse trump. If E pitch /, dummy / can be set up as usual; Then if E pitch ,
Trick 8: concede a to E;
Trick 9-13: Plan to win any return and just ruff and S hand losing 1
more trump only.

If S playing contract, South provide necessary transportation/help setting up dummy's major if E abandon them,
while it is not possible in NT

When you try to solve a double dummy problem, you should not seek the help of a computer programme.

I think it is more satisfactory if you can solve the problem by your own.
